Para solicitar registros de salud:
Por ley, los registros deben conservarse durante un mínimo de 7 años, o 5 años después de que el cliente cumpla 18 años, lo que sea más largo.
Para solicitar los registros, envíe un correo electrónico al terapeuta.
Podría aplicarse una tarifa administrativa.
